At Mama Bear Oasis, we want you and your little ones to love every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn fashion items. Our goal is to make the exchange process as seamless as possible so you can get back to what matters most.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
